INFRA has been selected for exhibition in Chinook Blast from January 31st - February 17th, 2025 in Calgary, Alberta. Chinook Blast is Calgary’s winter festival that hosts numerous light art installations along side festival events to brighten city streets during the cold, dark winter nights.
INFRA portrays a pack of wolves in glowing hues of light and color. These colors give the impression of viewing the wolves through the lens of thermal imagery and indicate radiant heat and vitality, suggesting a closeness to instincts. Set within the urban environment, the wolves may seem foreign, but their vitality and connection to nature is shared by us all.
